Terms of service

These terms apply to enquiries and services ordered from Nordlight Digital. A signed contract or accepted written proposal prevails where it sets different project-specific terms.

The service provider is Artems Laksa, registered in Latvia as a self-employed economic activity operator and trading under the Nordlight Digital brand.

Services and prices

The website shows starting prices. A conversion-focused landing page starts from 430 €. The final scope, deliverables, price, taxes and third-party costs are stated in the written proposal before work begins.

Orders, payment and timelines

Work starts after the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline are accepted in writing. Delays caused by late content, approvals or access from the client move the delivery date accordingly.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide lawful content, accurate information, required access and timely approvals. The client remains responsible for claims, licences and permissions relating to supplied text, images, trademarks and data.

Intellectual property

Rights to the final custom deliverables transfer after full payment, except for third-party software, fonts, stock assets and reusable tools governed by their own licences. Drafts and unpaid work remain with the provider.

Cancellations and support

Cancellation, refunds, acceptance criteria, warranty fixes and ongoing support are governed by the accepted proposal or contract. Work already completed and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable.

Liability and governing law

Services are delivered with professional care, but no specific revenue, ranking or AI output is guaranteed. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Latvian law applies; mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
