This page explains what data we process, why, and how long we keep it.

Who processes the data
The data controller is Artems Laksa, registered in Latvia as a self-employed economic activity operator and trading as Nordlight Digital. Contact email: info@nordlightdigital.com.
What data we collect
- From the enquiry form: name, email or phone, message, selected service, page path and language.
- From correspondence: the content of emails and messages you exchange with us.
- Technical data: Web3Forms processes submission metadata such as IP address, timestamp and referrer. After analytics consent, Google Analytics may also process usage and device data. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract. For general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling business communications.
- To perform the contract, if we end up working together.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations, if invoicing takes place.
How long we keep it
We delete unanswered or unsuccessful enquiries from our own mailbox within 12 months of the last message. Web3Forms applies a physical retention period of up to three years to submission data. Contract and invoice data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Hostinger provides hosting and email; Web3Forms receives, validates, stores and forwards enquiries under its Data Processing Agreement; Google Analytics processes usage data only after consent. Each provider receives only the data needed for its service.
Your rights
- Know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Have them corrected or deleted.
- Restrict processing or object to it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason.
- Complain to your national data protection authority.
- Receive data you provided in a portable format where the right applies.

Cookies
Essential local storage remembers your language and consent choice. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies; refusing does not limit the site.
International transfers
Web3Creative, the operator of Web3Forms, operates from India and may use infrastructure and sub-processors inside and outside the EEA. Its DPA incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for protected third-country transfers. After consent, Google Analytics may also process data outside the EEA. We minimise the data sent.
