Open to remote AI automation and workflow integration roles
Artems Laksa — AI Automation Engineer and Business Process Automation Specialist, based in the EU and available remotely. The projects below are documented at architecture level: integrations, the AI/human split, error handling and security, not just screenshots.
Show us a repetitive process. We design and build the automation around it.
Most AI agencies sell you a tool and leave you to fit your business around it. We work the other way round.
Business first, tool second
We start from the process that wastes your team's time, then pick the tooling. If a spreadsheet and two webhooks solve it, that is what you get — not an AI agent you did not need.
The whole process, not one clever feature
An AI that writes a reply but does not update the CRM leaves the manual work in place. We automate from the trigger through to the final action, including the boring parts in between.
Human approval where it matters
Anything that costs money, carries legal weight or touches a customer promise stops and waits for a person. You decide which steps those are, and you can change the list later.
Real integrations, not just generated text
Workflows connect to the systems you already run: mailboxes, CRM, calendars, accounting exports, messaging APIs. Text generation is one node among many, not the product.
You see the plan before you pay
After the first call you get a written map of the process, what we would automate first, what we would leave alone, and a fixed price. Deciding not to proceed costs you nothing.
Built around your process, not a template
We do not resell one workflow to twenty clients. Your approval thresholds, your naming, your systems, your exceptions — the automation matches how you already work.
Stated at the level it is actually used
Split into three honest tiers rather than a wall of logos. Anything in "currently learning" has not shipped to production yet, and is labelled that way on purpose.
