The price includes training on your own services and prices, connection to WhatsApp/Telegram/your site and 14 days of free tweaks. Support from 50 €/month, cancel any time. We quote the exact price after a short brief — no hidden extras.
How fast can you launch?
A basic bot and a business-card site — in 2–5 days. More complex projects with integrations — 1–2 weeks. We don't drag it out for months like big studios.
Does the bot really reply on its own? What if it doesn't understand?
Yes, it answers common questions and books 24/7. For non-standard questions it politely collects the contact and hands it to you — no lead lost. We train it on your services and prices.
Do I need a new site, or can the bot go on my current one?
The bot works without a site too — on WhatsApp and Telegram. If you have a site, we connect the widget to it. If you need a new one, we build a site integrated with the bot.
What languages does the bot work in?
Five languages: Latvian, Russian, English, Polish and Czech — the bot replies in the client's language. Essential for working across the EU, with no extra charge for translation.
What about my data and GDPR?
We work per GDPR: we collect only what's needed to reply to the client, nothing extra. For CRM integrations we set up access securely.
Is there support after launch? Can I cancel?
